As a Construction Manager we go beyond representing your best interest on the project and actually manage the construction of your project.  In this role we act as Manager to budget, hire, and coordinate all the trades contractors necessary to build your project. 

A Construction Manager is deferent from a General Contractor in that we do not have any of our own crews preforming work.  The advantage for you the owner is that 100% of our focus is on managing your project, not on managing our construction business. 

Being a Construction Manager gives us far greater reach for the areas we can build for you.  This allows you to put BRB Construction's trusted  experience to work for you in out of state areas. This reduces your risk of hiring a General Contractor that you may have only met with 3 or 4 times before construction begins.
